Fill the form with your data.
If you are a self employed, a company registering someone or just need the invoice to be addressed to a company, association, foundation... mark the checkbox and fill the invoice information with the data needed.
If it is not the case mentioned above, you do not need to check it.
Once you finish your registration, we will check your membership in the ESPNIC membership system. If it appears you are not a member you will be requested to pay the difference between the member and non-member price for the course by making a wire transfer. We will contact you and let you know the difference of money to be paid. If you do not want to make this extra payment and you want to cancel your registration, then your money will be returned but 10€ will be subtracted for administrative expenses and financial commissions.

Select UNITS in the registration menu.
Fill the information requested and the data for the invoice. The invoice never will be addressed to an individual.
We will contact you to end the registration process. That means to make the payment and send you an excel file to be filled with the course participants data.
Remember that 10 people are allowed by unit.
We recommend to make payment via wire transfer.
You will go to the Redsys website in order to make the payment.
Fill the boxes with your credit card information.
Click ACCEPT and then the company or bank that has issued your card will request a verification of your payment. Each one has their method of verification, SMS, email...
Once you have verified your payment you will be transferred back to our website.
You should receive an email confirming your registration.
You will be transferred to paypal website.
The amount to pay will be displayed. Please verify that the currency is set to Euro.
Once you make the payment we will be notified by Paypal but it's a good help if you send us an email with the copy of the payment.
If someone makes the payment, please tell him/her to write your name and surename so we can find and finish your registration.
You will receive and email with instructions to finish the registration.
Please, send a receipt of the wire transfer via email so we can finish your registration. This is mandatory and no further step will be taken if we do not get this document.
Login credentials are sent 24 hours before the start of the course. If the course has already started, login credentials are usually sent within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Depending on public holidays and weekends, it can take up to 72 hours for login credentials to be sent.
